Been using orlistol from nutratech for a couple months now and swear by them as far as appetite suppression goes [they really cut out my late night carb binges when I didnt have a really big meal for dinner time]
giving the blockerdrops a go now and 4 days in they feel like they work even better, perhaps just the liquid versus pill absorbs that much better in my [shrinking] stomach
